Floor Leveling – Hudson Gardens
This project required floor leveling before a finished floor could be installed. The slab was in rough shape, which would have left the floor installed on top of it uneven. We ground the floor with large walk behind concrete grinders. Afterwards, we installed a primer to ensure adhesion to the concrete leveling material. Next, we applied Ardex V1200 at ¼” to provide a smooth and consistent underlayment for the new flooring to be applied on top.
